E-Közüzem is an online software that organizes consumption invoices issued by utility service providers and converts them into a data format.
It is independent of service providers and can process hundreds of utility invoice types.

How does it work?

E-Közüzem contains the invoice formats of hundreds of domestic public energy service providers. After registering in the system, you download the invoices from the service provider’s websites or request an electronic invoice copy from your service provider, and E-Közüzem automatically downloads the invoices in pdf format.

E-Közüzem then organizes the uploaded data and indicates the deadlines. It creates statements, thus saving you from a lot of administration.

What data is required as a new entrant to start the E-Közüzem system?

A copy of the invoice from each consumption point and utility must be sent electronically to the system operator.

What if I already have a registration for service provider platforms?

In the E-Közüzem system, the registration data required for data upload is provided after signing a confidentiality statement. If you do not wish to release your registration data, that is no problem, but in this case you will have to upload the invoices to the system yourself.

I don't have any service provider registrations yet. What should I do?

With authorization, our company will complete the necessary service provider registrations and hand them over to you within 48 hours.

How can data be downloaded from service provider interfaces?

The system provides several options for downloading data, different packages provide the customer with data downloading options (manual, automatic, programmed). We can make recommendations for these options based on the number of consumption points of the customer.

Is it necessary to organize the loaded invoices?

Based on the entered invoices, you or – if agreed – our company must prepare the real estate tree structure based on the cost center distribution. This workflow is extremely useful and important, as it enables the daily work and the expert reference report to be implemented.

In what form does E-Közüzem support the preparation of a specialist reference report?

The data from the invoices is processed in the system. (cvs, xml) The parties decide on the form and content of the data provided to the specialist after prior consultation. (It is also possible to use existing templates or program individual reports in the system.)

Is the number of simultaneous users limited in the system?

The software system can operate in real time mode regardless of the number of users and geographical location.
